- Perform valuations of different types of properties for setting up the block wiring system at target buildings
- Work with engineering team for feasibility proposal preparation/ submission and get the permit-to work for setting up block wiring at the target building
- Conduct meeting with Incorporate Owner Committee(IOC) / Building Management Office (BMO) or Property Developers for getting the approval
- Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Property Management / Diploma / Certificate Holders or related disciplines
- At least 5 years' relevant experiences
- Solid experience in negotiation with any IOC / BMO for getting the permit-to-work is preferred
- Ability to work independently with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
