- Oversee the leasing process, including negotiation, documentation, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with landlords
- Identify potential locations, conduct market research, and engage in marketing activities.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitors' actions to make strategic leasing decisions.
- Support budgeting and forecasting, analyze financial data, and offer optimization suggestions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations, tenant conflict resolution, and effective leasing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or similar field.
- Minimum 8 years of business development experience, preferably in real estate.
- Thorough understanding of leasing principles, property management, and market trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster relationships with stakeholders and tenants.
- Analytical mindset for market and financial analysis.
