- Compile MIS reports for various business monitoring
- Perform analysis to solve business questions and identify business opportunities
- Work closely with Business Teams on marketing campaign execution
- Evaluate the performance of marketing promotions and provide recommendations on future programs
- Develop, maintain & apply statistical models and data-mining techniques for cross-selling and customer retention
- Prepare financial reports & analysis to assist management & business teams to make financial decisions
- Work with various parties for the divisional budget planning and monitoring
- Degree or above with major in Statistics, Finance, Business Analytics, Information System or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of working experiences in banking industry and in related area of expertise
- Self-motivated, energetic and passionate in developing a long-term career in financial services industry
- Attention to details and good problem solving skills
- Good communication skills and good team player
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge in financial management, SAS/SQL programming, Microsoft Excel, VBA
