- Provide support for business development and sales activities for the firm and the attorneys, including formulating and implementing strategies, proposals, and client presentations
- Assist to identify and evaluate new business opportunities and targets, identify market trends and conduct business research
- Collaborate for events, networking, sponsorships, branding, marketing, budgets, networking, and opportunities for practice group success
- Develop marketing materials and manage data using technologies and external research databases
- Support research and aid communication with the local offices to advance marketing and administrative projects
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing, or related field
- 2+ years' experience in marketing in a law firm or professional services
- Business development or sales experience is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with WeChat is essential
- Language proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin, spoken and written) is a must - there will be a written test as part of your formal assessment.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram and other promotional tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
