- Potential market evaluation - Conduct due diligence on new market / new product for Asia ex Japan business
- Conduct peer revenue and client wallet studies by working with third part data-providers engaged by the firm
- Design dashboard and reports to improve management information (Trading Revenue, Salescredit) to represent Asia regional businesses
- Update and Maintain desk procedures
- Support change management within the region
- Driving new product approvals at respective booking entities
- Negotiate and seek approval for inter-affiliate agreements
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
- Coordinate meeting material and act as secretariat for various regular Asia sales & trading meetings
- Oversight of the client KYC/Client Due Diligence team in Asia
- 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience in Global Markets business management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)
