- Work with business units on daily operations and administrative matters
- Help with product development such as product paper
- Implement, streamline and system enhancements and manage delivery, improve front office to back office operations of business
- Assist with regulatory policies and guidelines to ensure the bank is adhere to regulatory framework, internal control and best practices
- Help business with new initiatives
- Perform business impact analysis and check in on project timeline and progress
- Conduct analysis on new regulatory requirements and how it impacts existing/new products and liaise with all relevant parties
- Liaise with stakeholders, business units and function teams
Key Skills: - University degree in related disciplines
- 4 - 7 years of work experience in banking or financial institutions, in middle office, business management/planning, risk and control environment
- Knowledge in global markets in particular equities or treasury products will be advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Good spoken English and Cantonese (read and write Chinese)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Detail oriented, organised
