- Work with the Country Manager and the Business Manager team to execute the business strategy and the business plan.
- Prospect major local accounts in Hong Kong and gather consultancy requirements.
- Build the portfolio through the development of close relationships with clients.
- Hire and coordinate a team of specialized consultants.
- Interview candidates and recruit new employees.
- Prepare technical / functional / HR interviews with candidates (Coaching)
- Write management proposals and maintain close contracts directly with customers.
- Manage the practice's growth with current but also new customers.
- Negotiate price grids and master agreements in order to be listed as preferred suppliers.
- Follow-up with existing customers. Required profile
