- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability in alignment with the company's overall business objectives
- Identify and evaluate potential merger and acquisition opportunities to expand market presence and enhance product offerings.
- Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including due diligence, financial analysis, deal structuring, and negotiation of terms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate acquired businesses and drive synergies
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare and present comprehensive business cases for executive review and approval
- Coordinate the IPO process, including working with external advisors, regulatory compliance, and investor relations.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across strategic, M&A, and IPO processes.
- Degree holder and preferably additional relevant qualifications in areas such as Finance, Tech or an MBA
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end M&A, ideally with Asia market coverage
- Demonstrated understanding of technical aspects of Insurance, including accounting, actuarial, and product concepts
- Familiarity with the external environment, including market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, political factors, and competitive landscape
- Experience with driving IPO processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and managing stakeholders
- Fluent in English
