    We are currently looking for a Manager, Global Sales Strategy, to support Hotels, Regions and GSOs on implementation of strategic sales projects & transformations. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure successful launch of strategic initiatives in the regions.

    As Manager, Global Sales Strategy, we rely on you to

  • To support the design and implementation of global sales strategies to optimize revenue & profit, through data analytics, research, technology development and innovations.
  • To identify and develop sales strategies to unleash potential geographical markets or customer segments.
  • To support Hotels, Regions and GSOs on implementation of strategic sales projects & transformations through project management, training, communication, SOP development and ongoing operational support.
  • To work closely with HQ technology team to design, develop, test, and launch tech initiatives to digitalize customer journeys & seller processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • To collaborate with HQ & regional marketing and loyalty teams to drive awareness of sales strategic initiatives for both B2B and B2C.
  • To conduct regular business analytics to identify trends, threats, or opportunities.
  • To perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
  • We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, revenue optimization, or consulting. Preferably with experience in hospitality or travel industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fast learner and good communication skill
  • Data analytics, project management and marketing experience
  • Good problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
