- Enhance end-to-end enterprise business workflow and system function, such as supply chain system, ordering system, 2B customer portal, etc.
- Smooth daily ordering operation for sales unit.
- Monitor the progress of work projects, conduct regular assessments, reviews and adjustments to work projects to ensure the smooth implementation of relevant projects.
- Assist in formulating the business policy and operation guideline.
- Assist in management presentation material preparation.
- Assist in audit checking, to ensure orders comply with company policy.
- Assist in follow-up the account receivable and arrears record with Finance team and sales unit.
- Degree or above in Information System Management or related disciplines.
- 3 years' experience with business process management or 2B product development
- Experience in International enterprise business operations and management
