- verify the cargo booking from customers
- book the cargo information into system
- monitor cargo readiness with day to day booking
- support superior in all administrative tasks related to the departmental activities
- coordinate both internally and externally with relative department to ensure effective communication
- HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent
- Willing to perform shift duty and overtime work
- Good typing skills and proficient in computer applications
- Detail-minded, independent and able to work under pressure
- Previous experience in the cargo industry is a definite asset
- Fresh graduate and without relevant working experience are also welcome
