- Provide sales and agency administration support to cope with on-going distribution channel business development within the Sales & Distribution Division;
- Handle due diligence with effective controls on proper selection and administration of insurance intermediaries in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
- Handle the license and registration affairs of insurance intermediaries, enquiries/correspondences from regulators and coordinate CPD and compliance training to insurance intermediaries where necessary;
- Support Team Manager for preparation and regular review of agent/broker agreements, forms and correspondences;
- Perform daily administration in accordance with internal policies & procedures, regulatory requirements or Group standards;
- Provide administrative support on sales campaign management within the Division and participate in any special projects as assigned.
- Self-initiated, reliable, attentive to details and willing to take up additional responsibilities;
- A team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience with background in compliance and / agency administration in insurance industry;
- Sound knowledge of the Insurance Ordinance, Code of Conduct for Licensed Insurance Agents & Brokers, Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and other relevant regulatory requirements highly preferable;
