- Assist in supervising a team on sales support and agency administration operation
- Assist in maintaining effective systems and controls on proper selection and administration of insurance intermediaries in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
- Handle the license and registration affairs of insurance intermediaries, enquiries/correspondences from regulators and coordinate compliance training to insurance intermediaries where necessary;
- Coordinate and liaise with related departments for preparation and review of agent/broker agreements, forms and correspondences;
- Support the supervisor in coordinating sales-related complaint investigation, audit issues raised by internal, external auditors & regulators;
- Support Team Lead in various reporting on intermediary management, risk management and credit review within the Division;
- Support Team Manager to review and update internal policies & procedures for the Division in accordance with regulatory requirements or Group standards;
- Provide divisional administrative support on sales campaign management and participate in any special projects as assigned.
- Self-initiated, reliable, attentive to details and willing to take up additional responsibilities;
- A team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
- University degree with related professional qualifications;
- Minimum 4 years' relevant experience with background in compliance and / agency administration in insurance industry or banking industry; at least 2 years' relevant experience in supervisory position.
- Sound knowledge of the Insurance Ordinance, Code of Conduct for Licensed Insurance Agents & Brokers, Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and other relevant regulatory requirements highly preferable;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst
