- Drive the implementation of sales and growth strategies and objectives with key partners and sales team
- Enabling our partners/ sales team to provide valuable service and continuously enhance customer relationship
- Build customer loyalty aligned with our QBE value proposition
- Assist to improve debtor ratio
- Managing internal and external's expectation
- Effective servicing and development of the existing partner base and growth of new business
- Provide professional advice to meet partners/ agents' needs and objectives
- GWP and New business % year-on-year growth;
- Working with underwriting team to achieve targeted NCOR %;
- Manage and improve agency/financial advisors/local brokers commission ratio
