- Assist in all-rounded HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, interview arrangement, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning & development etc
- HR related procurement handling, payment settling and contract review
- Support in internal staff events, training sessions and activities
- Manage filing and record keeping on all HR related documentation
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
- University graduate with major in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' solid experience in Human Resources preferably with sizeable organisation
- Good team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, attentive to details and good organizational skills
- Detail-minded, organized, willing to learn, and able to perform multi-tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
