- Conduct regular audits on maintenance quality, process modernization, and handover, update corresponding scorecard
- Review results with auditees and suggest improvement actions
- Consolidate findings from audits and deliver regular presentations to management with improvement proposals/programs
- Provide training on quality and safety aspects to frontlines to drive continuous improvement
- Offer consultation on Work Instruction content
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder with relevant qualifications in quality, engineering, and industrial discipline preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in quality and field operations. Lift and escalator field experience is a plus
- Familiarity with ISO9001 (Quality), ISO14001 (Environmental), ISO45001 (Health & Safety), ISO50001 (Energy) audits
- Self-driven, with a high level of resilience in implementing change across regions
- Strong analytical, planning, organizing, and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with good collaboration skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
