- Support, drive, and implement finance and procurement initiatives
- Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure business expenditures are in compliance with internal policies
- Drive continuous improvement on finance and procurement processes / system and refine internal compliance program
- Manage finance and procurement related activities including supplier maintenance, vendor due diligence, and quotation / tender process compliance
- Assist in the monthly closing process of HKEX Group and subsidiaries
- Assist in preparation of annual / quarterly / interim reports of HKEX Group and subsidiaries and handle auditors' requests and queries
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks when required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field is preferred
- At least 2 years (Officer) or 5 years (Associate) of relevant work experience in large organisations
- Solid experience in using Oracle is preferred
- Integrity and professional ethics
- Detail-oriented and business acumen
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient with MS Office
