- Lead the Finance team to succeed in all finance functions, including financial control and operations, regulatory review and finance projects
- Oversee the responsibilities of financial reporting, group reporting, framework control, financial analysis, and project management
- Maintain company policies and handle the implementation of new policies
- Handle analytical review of business results and operations
- Take charge of finance business-partnering with C-suites and Senior Management
- Partner with various departments to ensure smooth project management
- CPA Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ Years of relevant accounting and finance experience within the insurance industry
- Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
- Knowledge of insurance contracts and standards
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
