- Act as a bridge between the Financial Reporting team and the Business to provide the senior stakeholders with the relevant financial analysis related to a broad range of business matters (i.e. resource allocation, business performance, corporate development).
- Run the preparation of regular and ad-hoc management reports.
- Set and track the financial KPIs to monitor the financial health of the business and optimize the decision-making process.
- Be an advisor to the Business's decision makers and C-level stakeholders in key strategic business initiatives and ongoing projects.
- Alongside with the multiple ongoing projects, manage the team and be actively involved in communication with other departments (A&F, Legal, Operations).
- A degree in Finance/Accounting and 10+ years of working experience in FP&A / MI / MR or Product Control roles from an Investment Bank.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to face key stakeholders in the business, advise and present to them confidently.
- Work well under deadlines and manage pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, solution-oriented mentality, driven mindset.
