- Work with the management team to devise the right strategy for growth and expansion into global markets
- Help shape and structure the finance team, hiring talent, coaching and ensuring the right platform and controls are in place to support company growth
- Put in place proper budgeting, forecasting and reporting cadence to help key stakeholders drive revenue and monitor performance
- support with all strategic initiatives, evaluate opportunities and investments and capitalise on new revenue channels
- manage investor relationships and all funding requirements
- turn your hand to ad hoc projects as necessary
- ACA/CPA/MBA qualified, ideally trained in a Big 4 or CPA firm and have 8-10 years' experience in a high growth company
- Technical strength in all areas of accounting and reporting, consolidations and how to account for complex accounting matters in the pioneering tech sector
- Strong communication skills to work across global jurisdictions
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial and dynamic work environment that is constantly changing
