- Lead existing HR team with a vision to transform and streamline all HR related matters
- Work with business leaders to set objectives related to ER, Talent and C&B to bring uniformity
- Build and set metrics for performance and growth opportunities.
- Proactively investigate existing models and put plans for improvements where necessary
- Strengthen the HRBP function in the country and drive D&I initiatives
- Be an ambassador to drive a people oriented culture in the business.
- At least 10+ year of proven experience in HR function, both leading and transforming
- Experience in matters including but not limited to HR BP, Talent Management and Payrolling necessary
- Prior experience in HR system transformations and integrations a distinct plus
- Experience in working closely with C-suite stakeholders in driving, changing and implementing new initiatives essential
- A strong understanding of or experience in working for Professional services an advantage but not essential
- Fluency in English and Chinese required
