- Define strategic goals and objectives for finance transformation initiatives, working closely with finance department heads
- Lead finance process improvement initiatives to optimize treasury operation and cash flow, with consideration to both operation and investment needs
- Communicate user requirements from a user perspective working close with business analysts, external consultants/ system integrators
- Perform cash flow forecasting and analysis, liquidity, and working capital monitoring
- Revamp treasury policies, workflows, and finance controls to improve the effectiveness of treasury management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of financial processes and systems.
- Manage bank relationships and keep abreast of bank facilities available
- Bachelor's degree holder in finance, accounting, or a related field with 7 -10 years of experience in treasury operation or finance transformation
- Managerial experience is preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of treasury management, cash management, money market investment, financial risk management
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Strong communication skills to drive finance changes
