- Perform analytical review on monthly financial performance of assigned business units, identify root cause of variance and turn it into actionable insights to drive sustainable business and profitability aiming to achieve short to long term goals
- Prepare annual budget, quarterly forecast and management reports for assigned business units, ensure the budget is challenging but achievable
- Assist in quarterly business review (QBR) process to improve business results and to resolve operation issues.
- Provide support in preparation of financial KPI for Membership Division
- Support management to execute financial control of Clubhouses, Racecourse Catering Operations, Retail Operations and Centralized Functions
- Provide financial analytic support to stakeholders at Clubhouses, Racecourse Catering Operations, Retail Operations and Centralized Functions
- Review of capital spending proposal of assigned business units and to provide support on managing proposed capital spending to ensure spending efficiencies
- Review of routine opex and capex authorisation request from business and ensure the compliance with the Club's SDA
- Perform ad hoc tasks as requested
- A degree in accounting, finance or related field with recognised accounting qualification
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) / Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of solid experience in management accounting and / or corporate financial planning and analysis in a medium to large sized organisation and have experience in financial modelling.
- Solid Hospitality/F&B experience is required.
- Proficient in Oracle FASC
- Good computer literacy in using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, including solid story telling ability in presenting complex analytics in concise and easy-to-understand fashion to users and Membership management.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is a plus

Our Finance Department is responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, control and accounting services to the key business units within the Club. With the Club developing its business to meet new customer needs, Finance is playing an expanded and increasingly proactive role.
We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual to join its Planning and Analysis team to provide analytical support to business units.
