- Supervising and reviewing day-to-day accounting activities, including payments, reimbursements, and invoices.
- Overseeing financial accounts of subsidiaries in Hong Kong and multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Preparing consolidated reports by combining financial reports from Hong Kong and overseas subsidiaries.
- Providing support to senior management on budgeting, forecasting, and coordinating budget data collection and consolidation.
- Liaising with external auditors for audit-related matters and preparing year-end audit schedules.
- Collaborating with internal and external tax advisors on tax-related matters.
- Continuously improving and upgrading computerised accounting systems and work-flow, and handling ad hoc projects with tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related disciplines.
- Qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Candidates with audit experience from Big 4 CPA firm is a plus.
- 8+ years' relevant experience, preferably with overall accounting function experience, budgeting, and consolidation.
- Experience in the real estate and real estate fund industry preferred.
- Familiar with Sun Accounting System or SAP Concur.
- Excellent excel spreadsheets skills and strong numerical ability.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

About the role
In this role, you will oversee private equity fund accounting and administration across multiple jurisdictions. You will supervise day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, collaborate on budgeting and forecasting, and liaise with auditors and tax advisors.
