- Develop and lead the expansion of a private equity fund in Greater China for their growing presence in Hong Kong
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including overseas LPs, Professional Investors, Brokerages. etc
- Take active lead in fund branding for investor relations / fundraising, lead origination activities
- Identify and source investment opportunities through proactive deal origination, leveraging your network and market intelligence.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
- Manage the portfolio of investments, monitoring performance, identifying value creation opportunities, and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth transaction execution and portfolio management.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in private equity with a focus on the Greater China market.
- Proven track record of sourcing, executing, and managing successful investments in the Greater China region.
- Strong network of contacts within the local business and investment community.
- In-depth knowledge of the Greater China market, including industry trends, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills.
