- Support development of Cyberport Academy – Entrepreneurship Team initiatives and strategies
- Collaborate with various internal functions and departments or external business partners or agencies to drive new training development, implementation and business result delivery of training portal, online training and in-person training programmes
- Ability to do video editing, copywriting, website design and creation
- Ability to develop digital promotion material for eDM across different social media platforms to maximize the brand awareness and training programmes exposure
- Monitor training user acquisition, provide customer enquiry and support
- Perform membership application due diligence on the eligibility and to request from members for info
- Conduct market research, industry survey and reports, and to provide administrative support and perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Degree in related discipline
- Minimum 3 years solid working experience in digital content development and user-centred design process on online and physical user journey-oriented services; start-up experience is an advantage
- Excellent command of effective English and Chinese copywriting
- Fluent in spoken English and Chinese
- High degree of self-motivation with excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and good team player
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-growing and multi-tasking working environment
