- Conduct market research and involve in projects involving latest fintech trends and applications, e.g. CBSC, Defi, NFT, ESG, Green Finance, RegTech, etc.
- Being a focal point and working closely with Fintechs founders and stakeholders within the startup ecosystem including government agencies, regulators, associations, other incubators and accelerators and universities
- Manage administrative work including internal approval processes and vendor contracts
- Support FinTech events including but not limited to seminars, training, hackathon, accelerator, etc. by working with different parties to ensure events are well promoted and executed
- Management reporting on FinTech companies profiles and activities such as funding raised
- Act as the project coordinator to oversee progress of projects and initiatives
- Degree or above
- 3 years of above working experience either in a startup ecosystem or financial/fintech industry
- Less experience can be considered if candidate has a master degree
- Good communication skills
- Good research skills
- Good coordination skills and project management experience is a plus
- Fluent with digital tools such as Notion, Miro, Trello
- Be a self-starter, highly motivated and capable to work independently
- Energetic, positive and be a good team player
