- Provide administrative support to the Managers of Entrepreneurship Team in project implementation, including organizing digital technology events and activities, and facilitating cross-team collaboration
- Handle day-to-day communication with Cyberport community companies, assist in relationship building and engagement with start-up and SME companies in Cyberport
- Handle inquiries and application vetting of various funding programs and provide timely service support
- Handle project-related procurement process in a timely manner, and ensure records and procedures are aligned with internal policies and guidelines
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management as appropriate
- Support the development of Cyberport initiatives
- University graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience preferably gained in sizable organizations
- Past experience in account servicing will be an advantage
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, and pay attention to details
- Good business sense with an analytical mindset and forward-thinking ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua
- Strong computer skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing
