- To support the administration of talent cultivation programmes including coordination with different parties both internally and externally on meetings, vetting and undertaking follow-up actions for training programme matters
- To prepare accurate and timely correspondences and documentary records and maintain proper document management
- To monitor the status of talent cultivation programmes
- To work extensively with business units to ensure sound controls are in place
- To support projects and duties assigned by supervisor
- Degree holder or above, major in Business Management, Communications or Human Resources disciplines is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Strong in project management, analytical and problem-solving skills; good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, customer oriented, self-motivated, resourceful and result oriented
- Proficient in MS Office especially on Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Chinese typing
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
