- Provide comprehensive support for ERP application systems across the client's properties, regardless of location.
- Swiftly resolve inquiries and issues related to ERP systems.
- Build a robust resource to guide and support the Level 1 and Level 2 IT support team.
- Deliver effective ERP application and technical training.
- Collaborate closely with vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Actively participate in implementing ERP applications, especially upgrades and oboarding
- Proactively suggest enhancements to optimize business applications.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT/Business or equivalent.
- 4+ years' of relevant ERP application support experience (SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft/Dynamics AX/Hyperion or equivalent).
- Experience in functional areas like Treasury, Consolidation, General Ledger, Account Payable, Financial planning, budgeting & reporting, and Supply Chain & Recipe Management is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft/Dynamics AX Finance/HR/Payroll and Supply Chain management systems is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.

My client, a leader in the Resorts & Gaming industry, is seeking a Senior Engineer, ERP with 4+ years' experience to join and support the core ERP platform which services numerous key business areas at an international level. As a key member of the ERP team, the Senior Engineer will help support and perform day-to-day operations for the client's ERP system and have a leading responsibility in L1 and L2 end user support. You'll work closely with the ERP users to analyze their needs and provide suggestion towards the ERP's continued optimization and growth.
