- Leveraging KPMG's proven frameworks and methodologies to develop a company's finance systems architecture, including what good looks like for each of the key finance system and process
- Leading end-to-end solution architect for ERP focused opportunities which may include ERP Platforms, Applications, PaaS and IaaS, the end-to-end Oracle solution stack.
- Supporting client facing activities related to business development, sales and solution development at the C-suite overall IT architecture and leadership level on the Oracle Platform
- Communicating and translating complex technical requirements from clients into competitive target stage solution that addresses business needs.
- Working with teams to share the latest ERP offerings and trends released in the market
- Collaboratively working across ecosystems (sales, delivery, and partners) Experience & Background
- Experience working in a Big 4 professional firm or a large corporation
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion, finance systems, emerging technologies and digital solutions
- Previous experience designing and implementing end-to-end finance system architecture, with a specific focus on Oracle Fusion implementations
- Overall 12+ years with strong Oracle, Essbase, Hyperion, Peoplesoft and other Oracle technologies working knowledge
- Have done 2+ full cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS Applications implementation in the role of a as a transformation lead and / or solution architect.
- Strong people manager, able to lead large teams and develop others
- Self-starting, pro-active team player that is experienced in working in challenging environments and within a multi-disciplined team
- Ability to liaise with senior Finance and IT stakeholders
- Ability to create and deliver high level presentations and output reviews to senior executives/stakeholders and business managers
- Experience in performing business and technical team development
- Ability to review and challenge information that has been provided by other team members, ensuring the information is 'fit for purpose' and at the right level of granularity
- Ability to perform structured analysis on business models to provide best practice knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Our team in Hong Kong is the fastest growing division within KPMG China and represents a young and enthusiastic team that always pushes itself to succeed. Since our creation, we've developed in-depth knowledge of an incredibly broad spread of sectors and services.
Being the consultant of our Finance Systems team within the wider Finance Consulting team, you will be involved in helping our clients to establish their finance systems strategy and selection, design the target state solution, lead system implementation and integration initiatives, review and revamp process flows and controls with enhanced audit trials, and support post-implementation business process reengineering activities.
