- 處理信用卡可疑交易監控工作,及跟進風險交易個案;
- 處理商戶的授權要求,為持卡人和商戶提供交易授權服務;
- 通過團隊合作, 高度投入工作, 實現高水準的客戶服務滿意度;
- 提供涉及信用卡被盜用、報失的相關諮詢和服務;
- 部門交辦的其他工作。
- Perform credit card suspicious transaction monitoring and cases follow-up;
- Provide quality authorization services to merchants;
- Devote the best effort to attain high level of customer satisfaction via teamwork;
- Provide card fraud & report lost enquiry services;
- Other work assigned by the department;
- 中五或以上程度學歷;
- 具有銀行/金融行業工作經驗優先,具有銀行電話中心授權業務經驗優先;
- 有良好的溝通技巧,良好的粵語、普通話、英語表達能力;
- 每週工作5天,願意輪班工作(每月有數天需要返通宵班)。
- Form 5 or above;
- Experience in banking/finance industry is an advantage; Experience in authorization is an advantage;
- Strong communication skills in Cantonese,Mandarin and English;
- Five-day work,willing to perform shitf duty(Only serval days of overnight shift is required per month);
