- Pricing of various equity derivative products in Asia Pacific and global markets
- Managing trading book and risk exposure, understanding market dynamics and hedging risks effectively
- Monitoring and assessing implied market data quality including volatilities and dividend curves
- Collaborating with headquarters to enhance pricing platform, risk monitoring tools, and derivatives system development
- Working closely with Sales Trading, Sales, and other Trading desks
- Focusing on rigorous risk management by conducting regular risk assessments
- Providing performance reports and addressing potential issues to direct management
- Master's degree in quantitative finance, financial engineering, statistics, mathematics, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years experience in option trading with a good grasp of option pricing models
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and open to tackling challenges
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support team members effectively
- Proficiency in Python or another programming language is required
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
