- Strictly adhere Bank Culture and promote the Bank's corporate & community image
- Promote a wide range of financial services with focus on long term insurance products.
- Achieve financial goal through selling of life insurance products
- Provide sales support in life insurance and conduct coaching to sales staff in sales channel (either onshore or offshore)
- Implement "one-stop financial solution" to target customers
- Plan, implement and monitor promotion programs and seminars
- Comply with the internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Provide quality service to customers Requirements:
- University graduate or above
- 3-5 years' relevant experience
- Strong self-motivation with outgoing personality and ability to work independently
- Pass in IIQE and fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out relevant regulated activities (Types 1 & 4) as defined under the SFO
- ARWP or CRWP is preferred
- In-depth knowledge in insurance
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
- Good team player
