- Assist in developing the Bank Group strategy and key priorities
- Assist in formulating the 5-year plan of the Bank Group
- Support the work of strategic risk management for the Bank Group
- Assist in supporting the Management to develop and review strategic plans
- Perform strategic planning analyses on businesses, products, operations and projects
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders detailing Bank's progress towards long term strategic priorities
- University graduate with major in business or finance, preferably with Master of Business Administration
- Preferable over 10 years' experience in strategic or business planning under the following background:
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in strategic planning or business planning in financial institutions
- Sound knowledge in strategic and business planning
- Strong analytical skill
- Strong project management skill
- Strong modeling and PC skills
- Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- A team player with strong communication and presentation skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
