- Coordinate international transmission network projects including submarine / terrestrial cable
- Future planning for international network on transmission and POP
- Coordinate with internal and external parties on individual requirements for transmission network
- Monitor project status according to the budget plan
- Manage the full life-cycle of transmission network projects
- Degree holder in Telecommunication, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or other related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Telecommunication industry. Experience in submarine and transmission network is an advantage
- Familiar with transmission network technology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Well-organized, proactive, and team-work oriented
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
- Traveling is required for attending meetings or industry events
