- Provide technical and end-user support for corporate the Identity Management system
- Identify and resolve technical issues in Windows Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS), Identity Management and the File and Print system in private cloud environment
- Coordinate and supervise IT vendors for system implementation and support
- Implement IT security controls to conform to audit requirements
- Oversee system patch management, backup strategy and disaster recovery operations
- At least 4 years of experience in supporting Windows Active Directory and ADFS
- Strong technical skills in Windows Active Directory, Domain Controller, storage network and files backup / restore facilities
- Knowledge of Windows security and cyber attack prevention techniques and single sign on
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
