- Develop and execute strategic event and campaign plans:
- Create and implement comprehensive event and campaign strategies that align with the bank's objectives for the PB and Affluent segment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign goals, target audience, messaging, and desired outcomes.
- Oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events and campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Brand management and positioning:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all events and campaigns, maintaining the organization's brand identity and values.
- Develop innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and create impactful experiences for clients in the PB and Affluent segment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and improvement.
- GBA PB client event organization:
- Leverage your experience in organizing events for Greater Bay Area (GBA) PB clients to develop tailored event strategies that cater to their unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers and other stakeholders to understand client requirements and deliver exceptional event experiences.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality event services and deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in event and campaign management, preferably within the Private Banking and Affluent segment.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the PB and Affluent segment and its unique requirements.
- Familiarity with the Greater Bay Area (GBA) PB client landscape is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, capable of measuring and reporting on campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Creative and innovative thinker, able to develop unique event concepts and campaign strategies to engage the target audience. Exposure in collaboration with top brand-names is definitely a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
