- Acting as a crucial contributor in fostering relationships with current clients and potential clientele in Greater China.
- Designing and implementing relationship management strategies.
- Collaborating closely with Relationship Managers, aiding in handling client inquiries and interaction-related issues.
- Coordinating with various internal departments (inclusive of the analytical, legal, and other support units).
- Working with the KYC team on all client-related KYC/AML affairs.
- Supporting in creating client presentations and organizing client and intermediary meetings.
- Managing and maintaining internal systems and other relationship management utilities. Overseeing sales operations, including liaising with billing and collection teams.
- Being part of the regional team that encompasses all facets of Moody's business undertakings.
- University graduate needed. Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- 2 to 3 years of pertinent business experience in financial markets is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and proactive.
- Effective team player with a drive for excellence.
- Proficient in computer skills (comprising excel and PowerPoint).
- Adaptable, resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attentive to details and capable of working efficiently under pressure.
- Engaging and skilled in engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Articulate with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize various projects.
