- Maintain a good relationship with ORSO and MPF clients
- Communicate and coordinate with clients on regulatory reporting
- Liaise with clients including internal relevant parties , legal, compliance team to resolve clients' requests or enquiries
- Provide support to clients on new products or service launch
- Handle pension projects including project coordination, liaison and execution
- Update clients on the latest legislation update
- Ensure clients and relevant retirement schemes comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Act on the best interest to scheme members
- Good leadership
- Good team player
- Provide support to other teams within SSV
- Perform assigned duties
- Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
- Assist the team to complete various ad hoc projects as assigned Requirements
- University degree holder
- Must have 5 years or more pension related experience, including projects experience
- Familiar with ORSO and MPF related Ordinance
- Customer-focused and able to handle multiple tasks
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient PC skills especially on PowerPoint and Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written and spoken Chinese and English, and Putonghua is a plus
- Self starter, flexible and a good team player
