- Handle the formation of Hong Kong and offshore companies
- Handle opening of bank account for Hong Kong and offshore companies
- Assist in preparing annual compliance documents for Hong Kong companies like Annual Return and Annual General Meeting
- Handle annual government fee renewal for offshore companies
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Handle ad-hoc assignments
- Holder of Diploma in Corporate Administration Company Secretarial Studies or university degree
- With at least one year relevant experience in company secretarial practice
- Independent, self-motivated, well organized and detail-minded
- Competent in database system and MS Office
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties
- Hong Kong/Offshore company formation and operation
- Maintain and update statutory records and appropriate documents
