- 促進並維護與現有會員之間關係,包括潛在會員
- 解答會員的詢問及意見
- 與其他部門合作,提高運營效率
- 監測活動進度、結果及會員回饋和評論
- 管理和監督活動支出
- 帶領員工參與各種活動
- 持有香港認可的學位或同等學歷,最好主修酒店、款待業/傳訊/市場行銷或相關專業
- 至少2 年工作經驗,有客戶服務經驗者優先考慮
- 積極主動、富有創造力,能夠承受工作壓力
- 擅長於人際交往、溝通、演講、專案規劃和管理技能
- 自我激勵、條理清晰、注重細節、責任心強
- 經驗不足的應聘者可考慮應聘助理一職
- 9小時工作(包一小時用膳時間)
- 5.5天工作
- 需要輪班輪休
