- Lead strategic and tactical initiatives focusing on IT operational efficiency
- Lead cross-platform business-focused initiatives
- Improving IT processes and streamlining operations
- Enhancing IT execution capability by leveraging various IT tools and techniques
- Developing strategic roadmaps for technology portfolio optimization
- Providing feedback on measures like SLAs and TATs within IT operations
- Staying informed about leading IT trends for adoption within our IT landscape
- Collaborating with IT senior management and the group office to align business and IT strategies
- Owning cross-platform initiatives in the IT landscape
- Engaging with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of business initiatives
- University graduate with at least 12 years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience in enterprise IT strategy and operations, especially in financial services
- Demonstrated leadership in IT transformation initiatives and change management
- Ability to manage C-level relationships effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Experience with modern software development technologies and processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Sound business knowledge in the insurance industry
- Strong communication, coaching, and consultative skills
- Relevant licenses are required for roles involving regulated activities
