- Supervise a team of accounting staff and handle all aspect of daily accounting activities
- Ensure daily accounting operation comply with proper policies and procedure
- Perform financial analysis, analytical review, budgeting, cash flow forecast and ad hoc activities and reports
- Ensure proper reporting to various stakeholders
- Monitor and review the internal systems of the Accounts Department to improve operational efficiency
- Liaise with auditors and other external parties regarding audit and tax matters
- Degree in Finance / Accounting or related discipline
- At least 6 years relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry / property development
- Obtained The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) or equivalent
- Proficient IT knowledge
- With highly tactful interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and experience in Construction or project management is a definite advantage Attractive salary and fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates.
