- Develop and implement strategic retail and customer marketing activities across both online and offline channels
- Responsible for proof reading copywriting and content created for marketing materials, press release and advertorials and editorials
- Manage A&P of the team and ensure effective ROIs
- Collaborate cross functionally on retail and customer marketing and promotional activities
- Maintain positive and professional working relationships with business partners
- Assist retail team on in store promotions execution to achieve commercial goalsskills & experiences required.
- Degree holder in Marketing or any relevant disciplines
- 4+ years of customer marketing experience within the retail, FMCG, digital platform sectors
- Welcome candidates from agencies background
- Appreciate titles include but not limited to Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, Customer Marketing, Promotions
- Proficient in English and Cantonese, speaking and writing is required; Chinese word processing is required
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
