- Reviewing and providing comments on the Bank's manuals, policies, and guidelines from the perspective of AML/CFT/Sanctions
- Performing AML/CFT/Sanctions functions continuously, including ongoing monitoring and regular review of accounts/transactions
- Conducting reviews of processes, controls, and systems to improve the AML/CFT/Sanctions functions of the Bank
- Developing, promoting, and managing AML/CFT risk-based tools and systems
- Creating internal AML/CFT training materials
- Delivering thematic training in AML/CFT areas
- Collaborating and coordinating with relevant departments on AML/CFT/Sanctions related issues
- University graduate; possessing a professional qualification such as Certified Banker, CPA, AAMLP, is preferred
- Minimum of 4 years' work experience in the financial services industry, preferably in banking, focusing on anti-money laundering compliance
- Experience in Personal Banking compliance is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to make judgments, work independently, and thrive under pressure
- Being a team player with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
