- Oversee compliance audits by guiding the process, organizing documentation, and ensuring the prompt resolution of audit findings.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation related to compliance activities, audits, and training sessions.
- Generate comprehensive compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies, offering actionable insights into the organization's compliance initiatives.
- Promote ethical standards and compliance obligations, fostering an organizational culture rooted in integrity and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Compliance Manager, senior compliance professional, or in regulatory affairs within the payments, financial services, or related industry.
- Advanced analytical skills and expert knowledge of regulations and standards.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess.
