- Supports the Director of Brand Planning, Global and Brand Marketing, APAC with all related projects and activities to fulfill the marketing function for the APAC region.
- Help manage annual plans and marketing investments to ensure tracking against business and brand goals.
- Arrange all aspects of management and the coordination of marketing activities to include updating the global brand calendar with APAC activities, measuring and analyzing KPIs for brand and APAC region and providing sound advice and knowledge for growth, compiling regular reports and developing presentations.
- Build a strong relationship with the property marketing teams through monthly calls and regular communication, keeping track of their activities, sharing with the brand team and providing brand guidance and training.
- Support with cascading brand campaigns, toolkits and playbooks to the properties and following up on progress to measure success.
- Provide hands-on support on preopening plans in partnership with corporate and properties teams. Help manage new opening processes and protocols, including onboarding property teams, tracking key milestones, supporting collateral development, photography planning and processes.
- Works with Content Team to help manage and cascade DAM (content management system) marketing files and folders for the region.
- Support the Director of Social Media on in-market social media in tandem with in market property teams (planning, management, execution and monitoring).
- Travels to hotel or business locations team if required.
- Manages the budget accounting tasks, including processing purchase orders and expense claims, according to finance guidelines.
- Contributes to ensuring that brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.
- Is always a "Brand Ambassador" at all times and ensures brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.
- Models the company's culture, vision, mission and core values at all times.
- A minimum of 5 years previous experience in luxury and/or lifestyle marketing and communications.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel and Word.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Works well under pressure.
- Strong English language speaking and writing skills. Abilities in Cantonese and/or Mandarin Chinese a plus.
- Meticulous at organization.

Impact of this Role
Rosewood Hotel Group is looking for a Marketing Manager, to help develop best-in-class brand management across our organization with focus on the APAC region.
