Major Duties:
(a) To provide technical support for Council and/or Campus activities, events and promotion campaigns, such as setting up and operating audio-visual equipment (including cameras, lights, speakers, and microphones), editing media production using computer software, creating promotional graphics; (b) To prepare and arrange production of promotion collaterals or materials, and to maintain inventory records; (c) To develop and execute digital marketing content for social media sites and platforms; (d) To perform minor maintenance on media production equipment; and (e) To provide general administrative support such as handling customer enquiries, preparing visitors itinerary, managing procurement and reports
Requirement s :
(a)
A recognised diploma or higher certificate in the areas of multimedia design & production, media & communication, marketing & public relations or relevant disciplines; (b) At least 2 years' relevant work experience; (c) Experience in using design software is an advantage; (d) Candidates with knowledge / skills in the following areas would be preferable:
(i) Proficiency in various Microsoft and Adobe software, and application of other common computer / educational software; (ii) Knowledge of video and photo shooting; (iii) Knowledge in developing promotion collaterals; and (iv) Knowledge in computer graphics design and video editing; (e) Ability to work independently and be a good team player; and (f) Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese
