- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify issues and conceptualize analytics projects to address them.
- Derive actionable insights from large and intricate datasets.
- Design and deploy dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights
- Support cross-functional teams in implementing analytics initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Manage data for HR people movements including cross business unit mobility, re-organization etc
- Maintain Senior Executive data on HRIS in a timely, accurate and consistent manner
- Validate data accuracy and liaise with relevant parties to upkeep data quality
- Collaborate with HR Teams across Business Unit to ensure data accuracy of complex organization hierarchies and structures
- Maintain quality in terms of timeliness and accuracy for all transactions on HRIS
- University graduate in Data Analytics, Human Resources Management or related field preferable
- Proficiency in handling data analytics, data maintenance in HR, preferably using the Workday system. Regional exposure would be an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
- Detailed, ability to deal with difficult, critical, and confidential issues.
- Excellent skill in computer applications such as MS Office (Excel, Power BI)

About the Role
The People Insights Analyst supports the creation of sophisticated analytics solutions to address organizational challenges.
